The MapSourceTM WorldMap CD-ROM provides coverage worldwide with basemap-level detail, including political boundaries, cities, towns, major motorways and/or interstates and principal highways, lakes, major streams and rivers, urban areas, and railroads. WorldMap displays excellent coastline detail which includes many offshore islands, as well as worldwide nautical navaids such as daybeacons, radiobeacons, RACONs, fog signals, lights, buoys, and other navaids. Also shown are U.S. Interstate Exits Information such as service stations, gas stations, restaurants, hotels, campsites, hospitals, banks, and more. Maps can be uploaded to GPS 12 Map and GPS III Plus, and any other background map-capable Garmin unit. This CD also contains Garmin's MapSource Software Version 3, which enable upload/download of waypoints from any Garmin hand-held unit and display, on the users PC, of waypoint data over the CD maps. |
